No one needs to be reminded of the success that Broken Social Scene have had using the collective approach. They’ve created a record label, a movie, a book, and helped hype the album releases of each member. Getting plenty of media exposure with each product.

So it is no surprise that Gayngs, a collective made up around the success of Bon Iver has captured the attention of many music lovers. Not only are Gayngs using the collective approach but they are also releasing covers, making awesome video content, and have a logo! These kids must have read the New Rockstar Philosophy.
