Although some may disagree, I believe that if an artist has a strong political opinion it’s their right and duty to put that in their music. Some artists, like Rage Against The Machine, made politics their M.O. but when 3 white girls from Country music made a political statement against killing people, some of their fanbase got very, very upset.
