Everything Is A Remix – Nothing Is Ever Original #Video
Being original is a key element for folks to recognize and identify with your band and your music. But what does being original even mean?… Because as you’re about to find out, everything is a remix.
This 4 part video series is a quick reminder that NOTHING is original, everything was taken from other sources and remixed to create a new version and vision. The first video is about one of my favourite bands, LED ZEPPELIN, who were notorious for their blatant covers/remixs/ripoffs of some famous blues and folk acts. The second video deals with film and the 3rd video deals with the elements of creativity.

The fact is everbody has the ability to put their own spin on things – that’s all art is, a personal interpretation of how we as individuals experience things. Even if the methods with which we choose to express those interpretations aren’t entirely original – language, rythm & melody.
Organised religion is terrible for nicking ideas off old stories.
